Ok. Kelsey Grammer, seriously one of the best actors on the planet. Why, you’re probably asking yourself. If you haven’t seen “Down Periscope” then you are seriously amiss the best time of your life. EVER. Now, if you have seen this and you’re thinking to yourself “what an idiot” and shaking your head… then I will come to your house and slap you personally across the face.

Kelsey is the breakout star (this movie was once said by Chuck Norris that it launched Kelsey’s career… forget Cheers, this is important) as the captain who thinks out of the box to a rag tag bunch of hooligans who use their idiocy and strange forte’s to become an elite motley crew of sailors. (um, Sonar anyone? Whale calling scene???)

Long story short, this movie effing rules.

Anyway, Kelsey unfortunately had a new sitcom to come out “Back to You” but it was cancelled 7 weeks ago (WTF); as the actor was paddleboarding with hottie wife Camille in Hawaii, he was rushed to the hospital with chest pains. He released that he’s feeling much better now, his health has improved, and is taking some time off to spend time with his family.

It was also speculated that the medication he was taking could have been responsible; he also is promoting his new movie “Swing Vote” (of course, it looks good).

Our hearts go out to Kelsey and his wife, as well as his family and loved ones.
