So, “Nights in Rodanthe”, coming from Warner Bros. Pictures and Village Roadshow Pictures, based on a Nicolas Sparks’ 2002 novel is scheduled to be released in September. Let me just say, I saw the trailer and I’m all about this shit right now.

I have serious beef with Nicolas Sparks since he made everyone break up with their boyfriends and girlfriends, due to impossible standards set by that damned Notebook. Seriously, every girl was just sobbing uncontrollably in the theater and their pathetic bf’s whom they made come just looked confused as hell. Girls gettin’ all crazy screaming “YOU JUST DON’T GET IT”. Yeah, it was that bad.

Anyway, “Rodanthe”. Bring it. Does anybody remember Dick and Diane in “Unfaithful”? Honestly, I felt like the theater should have given me a ciggarette and let me be little spoon for the night after watching that. I felt robbed. Serious sex going on in that flick, I mean… soft. core. porn. And then, lights on, see ya. Not even a call the next week. I whole-heartedly expect “Rodanthe” to up-sex “Unfaithful”; wanna know what its about?

Gere will portray a doctor who checks into an inn in a North Carolina beach town during his trip to reconcile with his estranged son. There he unexpectedly encounters a life-changing romance with a woman who is under consideration whether to stay in her unhappy marriage or simply give it up. Ain’t that some shit right there… read between the lines, SEX. umhmm, my friends told me this was happening… and I’ll tell you what, I’m happily inviting Rodanthe to the list.
