The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation just hosted their annual A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival, sponsored by Disney and a ton of celebs came out to show their support to young children suffering with Aids. So it makes total sense that Mischa Barton would show up as a raver fairy? With a hardcore tiara/headband on? And Louboutin heels at a carnival?? Homegirl is whack.

Anyway, just wanted to show you the caliber of people that were there and PROPERLY dressed? Many others including Lance Bass, all the Disney Princesses (Lance wishes he were one), Desperate Housewives, Blair Underwood, Nicole Richie &hubby, Rumer Willis, blah blah blah. Oh and the fairy princess Mishca, of course. There’s also a bit of rumor flooding around that Mischa stepped in dog shit… it was actually a leaf.
